Richie Incognito has been like this for a long, long time

    I've got a question.

If his former teammates, coaches, college administrators and professional front offices knew about him, why didn't they tell others about him? How is it that he's been doing this since he left high school for the cornfields of Nebraska, and no one has suggested he get help, sanctioned him so he got it, and helped him overcome whatever demons he's got floating around in his soul?

Why? Because of what he did on the field. It was only when his off-field behavior became intolerable that he would be cut, fired or otherwise given the boot. Now he may have played his last NFL down, and if so, he has no one to blame but himself. But how could coaches and others let him be who he was between the sidelines, and not care about who he was elsewhere?

And one thought to leave you with: Does anyone know what S-T-E-R-O-I-D-S spells? Where's the league's banned substances policy now, given they missed this guy?

Let's wait for the whole story to come out before we decide what kind of guy he is. Here are some comments from other veteran Dolphins players.

If anybody really knows what the relationship between Incognito and Martin was, it's the other guys in the locker room. It's easy to pile on Incognito because of the voice mail, but that voice mail was made months ago. Why is it such a big problem now? What Incognito said was pretty heinous, but I don't get why this wasn't taken care of after it happened if it really was a problem.

Do you have proof that this is steroid rage? Please enlighten us on how you know this is steroid rage. Otherwise, kindly shut up about such an allegation.

Very interesting! I have long ago learned to question virtually anything, ANYTHING, the MSM puts out. It's IVORY SOAP certain that it WILL be biased toward the PC side, and so cleverly worded that, unless you are thinking as you read, you'll never see the drift toward the PC conclusion.

I'm sure even this article has it's biases, but one knows up front that it's one man's observation; not a claim to "reporting"!

Well there was talk that Martin tried to be friends with the Offensive Group. Only to be ignored due to him being a rookie. You can never let looks fool you as people thought that both men were friends.

Another side thought that Martin was a stuck up guy. He also has a Stanford education. You would think that someone with that education could handle it well.

But you know there is two sides to ever story. Hopefully the whole entire truth will be found out. Hate it that it is getting even uglier to the point.

This is like watching FOX & CNN, both are slanted, the hard part is finding the middle.

Personally, after hearing all I've heard for the past week, I think this has much more to do with coaches and management than it does with Jonathan Martin, Richie Incognito, or anyone else on the team. I think the Dolphins are a team in disarray, not because of anything the players are saying to one another, but more so because there is no contact with reality among the coaching staff and the ownership. Team owner Stephan Ross was actually quoted the other day as saying, "I didn't know grown men talked to one another that way." Really, Stephan? And how long have you been around professional football?

Ross has brought in as minority owners several people, including Gloria Estefan, Marc Anthony, and Venus and Serena Williams. I'm not sure the man knows diddly about football, he obviously doesn't know diddly about athletes, and I don't think he needs to own a pro football team if he can't hire people to work in the trenches who can keep a lid on the kind of BS that obviously went on in Miami.

The Fins need to be get rid of this garbage. And also hopefully Martin will recover. As Richie was cancer to the team.
