Rick Warren to be on Larry King Show

    Thought you folks would be interested to know that Rick Warren, Pastor of Saddleback Valley Community Church, and author of "The Purpose Driven Life," will appear on the Larry King show Christmas evening.

    This notice appeared in the Baptist Courier (a SC Baptist newspaper) that came out today (18th). The article also stated that King is an acknowledged agnostic, so the show could be interesting to say the least.

    Warren was kicked around pretty handily on some recent posts on this board and this will afford all of us an opportunity to see and hear him.

    This show was taped several weeks ago and a preview synopsis was given on one of the Warren websites (I believe it was Pastors.com). It seems as if Rick did a good job communicating the gospel. Of course it will be insufficient for Warren's constant critics :rolleyes:
