This test is not an easy one. The website reports that college educators average about 55%. The average citizen averages about 49%.

BTW, I got a score of 57.89%. To be honest, I had to guess at more than half of them, so the score was about all I could hope for. Hope you do better, be sure to share at the end in the comment section.

"The liberties of our country, the freedom of our civil constitution, are worth defending at all hazards; and it is our duty to defend them against all attacks. We have received them as a fair inheritance from our worthy ancestors: they purchased them for us with toil and danger and expense of treasure and blood, and transmitted to us with care and diligence. It will bring an everlasting mark of infamy on the present generation, enlightened as it is, if we should suffer them to be wrested from us by violence without a struggle, or be cheated out of them by the artifices of false and designing men." - Samuel Adams

I guess being a Political Science/Economics Double Major prior to entering the Ministry was a bit of a help here.

I only missed one question but I have an economics background which helped a lot. I missed the one about what we have traditionally done in economic slowdowns. The reason I missed this is because I didn't know the majority and figured before the 1930's our economic policies were quite different and so I picked the answer that would have probably been the way we do things before the 1930's. I was wrong.

There were a couple of trick questions and one question, can't remember which, where I thought that if I missed it the question would be a little unfair.

    I got 87.88%....but then again I was a poli-sci/history major in college.
edited to add: I got the Thomas Jefferson letters question wrong and knew the minute I answered it and went on I'd answered it wrong...ah well. The 3 others I missed were economics questions (other than that one)

25 of 33 for 75.76%. Not bad for a high school graduate who graduated 21 years ago :) I'll have to print this off and apply for a professor opening at the local college :D

Yep, it was a difficult test. I scored 67%, but I am not ashamed of that. I am a Canadian and never studied American politics, etc.

90.91%. The ones about the puritans and Roosevelt's problem with the Supreme Court threw me.

And I really disagreed with 2 of the 3 I missed. I knew where they were coming from, but they were not correct.

You all make me proud, and quite inferior. Poli-sci was not my favorite subject, and I guess my score shows that.

I'd be proud to fallow any of you into a Poli-Sci exam as long as you spent some time helping me to be better prepared

I did have to think on a lot of them and find a common sense answer though. The ones I missed were factual ones. :BangHead:
