run time error

I sure hope you get an answer, cos I have been getting it for sometime now. I found a site that offers a solution, but they want a fee and I am reluctant to pay for something I don't know anything about

It is annoying!

Hey, if you guys try that tuneup advisor and it works, let us know. I have some friends who are always bugging me about computer problems and I'd love to have a magic bullet like that to give them

 

"Says the program is free!" to download but costs to use. I installed it and ran it - took quite awhile and asked it to fix the problems and was informed the unregistered version only fixes problems in two areas.

 

I think the "runtime error" is running scared. Haven't had it in two days. Don't know what I did, Maybe talking about it gave it the jitters.........Don't think I will live long enough to understand computers..............
