    Salty,

Meditation .... listening for God to speak

Minute vacations ... I greatly enjoy what I call minute vacations. I am outside and I hear the cry of a seagull or crow and I stop what I am doing, look up and watch God's creation. It can be a bird soaring in the sky, or a bird simply flying overhead. It can be a minute watching a beautiful cloud. It can be the rustle of leaves in the breeze. It can be waves beating on the stony shore. For me it is a time of seeing a bit of what God has done for all of us if we just stop, be silent and enjoy Him and His works.
