it just ended fifteen minutes ago, according to cnn

 

Did the guy shoot himself or did the SWAT team get him? I'm not clear.

 

As if muslim terrorists are not enough, we have kids creating more terror here at home.

 

My understanding is he was not a kid. He was an adult that wondered into the school. He did shoot a 16 year old girl who is currently at St. Anthony hospital. Send up the prayers saints.

 

He was 30 something years old. After dialogue ended by him the SWAT team decided to take agressive action. He shot one student, who is in critical condition but good vital signs, and then killed himself.

 

That is really scary . . . why? Why do we let sin so consume our lives to the point that we kill other people?

 

Do you think the press is so sensational in its reporting of these events that the copycat syndrome takes over?

We just went through the exact same thing in Montreal. Only this bloke killed one girl and seriously wounded, I think, 11 others.

He was dressed in gothic black and had an attitude. He was wounded by the police and then shot himself.

Maybe we need a dozen box office hits that sensationalize the perp shooting himself BEFORE he can leave his house . . .

I am not for suicide, but I am definitely against killing other people just to take them with ya' . . .

Praying for her family... anyone know if she was saved?

 

I am watching Emily's funeral right now on ABC (I'm about 30 miles from there) and I don't believe she was a Christian by the looks of this service. I will keep her in my prayers that she found Christ even if it was in her final moments on earth.

 

Louise something or another (not Rev.) who was a close friend of the family and local musician (not christian) was the officiator for starters. No one wore a tie which in itself means nothing. I fell asleep but I never recall a eulogy nor did I see any clergy and for that matter I didn't hear any christian songs. Just secular music.
