Now, if we just keep the thieves from cramming the "health care" bill through Congress long enough to get Brown seated!

This is not good. Paul is not pleased at all. :tear:

Paul is going to listen to rock music and try to process this tragic defeat.

As of 2143 hrs EST:

The AP is projecting a win for Brown.

I'm still waiting for the other networks to make an announcement.

Remember Florida, and the NY 23rd?

Talking about the NY 23, if I remember correctly Owens was sworn in within about 72 hours of winning.

I wonder how long it will take Brown to be sworn in.

Fox is reporting Brown wins 53-47

It's actually very good for you, Paul3144, you just don't know it yet.

Hard to understand the glee of some of you who place abortion as the only issue, at the election of a pro-abortion US Senator. From MSNBC's story about his rise to power:

He supports abortion rights but opposes the procedure some call partial-birth abortion.

I have been called a "baby killer" for supporting President Obama. So I guess the rest of you have just become "baby killers" too for your support of Mr. Brown.

Let the wriggling and justification excuses begin.

My "glee" isn't about the election of Brown, specifically, as much as it is at the idea that (a) this may buy us a little more time on health care, (b) that it's a sign that Americans are starting to wake up and (it's causing) the Democrats to turn on one another and show people what they're really made of.

Another liberal failure to make a legitimate comparison:

Excitement at the end of Marxist government take over of the health care industry is not support for the candidate.

You on the other hand voted for Obama, is this not correct?

Voting for Brown and excitement for the end of the Obama agenda are apples and ceiling fans.

Thanks for your justification attempt. How does that hypocrisy feel? You support a "baby killer". What double standards these "cons" have. And everytime you are caught in your web of partisan hackery, you cry that the comparison is not valid. Sorry Charlie, it don't work that way.

BTW, Brown supports health care reform, just not this bill since Massachusetts already has it. He does support his state's "Marxist" plan. You are quite ill informed.

The current Senate bill should be voted down for a number of reasons. But we still need to go to a single-payer, universal coverage, government funded plan.
