Leviticus 19.18.34
18."You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against any of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord.

37."Whoever loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me, and whoever loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me.

One who loves fulfilled the Law.
Romans 13.8.10
8.Owe no one anything except to love one another, the one who loves another has fulfilled the Law. (Romans 13.8) (Galatians 5.14.22-23)
10.Love does no wrong to a neighbor, therefore love is the fulfilling of the Law.

14.The whole Law is summed up in a single Commandment, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." (Romans 13.8) (Galatians 5.14.22-23)
22.By contrast the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, kindness, generosity, faithfulness,

The Love of GOD in a person rise him/her to a certain level of Perfection.
1John 2.5.10.15
5.but whoever obeys His Word, truly in this person the love of GOD has reached Perfection. By this we may be sure that we are in Him,
1John 4.17
17.Love has been Perfected among us in this that we may have boldness on the Day of Judgment, because as He is, so are we in this world.
Love also revealed itself in good Charitable Works of Faith.
17.How does GOD’S love abide in anyone who has world’s goods and sees a brother or sister in need, and yet refuses help?
18.Little children, let us love not in word or speech, but in truth and action.

12.and steadfast love belongs to You O Lord. You repay to all, according to their Work.
