If you were going to calculate the chances of Jesus fulfilling the prophecies regarding the Messiah would you also consider those fulfilled prophecies in the gospels which could not be verified by eyewitnesses?
Because if there were no eywitnesses then also nobody could confirm that it really happened this way. For example the only eyewitnesses which were able to confirm how much money Judas got from the pharisees were the pharisees themselves. Judas killed himself later on and the only ones which were present and saw everything were the pharisees.
This means that all these scenes where no eyewitnesses were available are solely based on inspiration while the writers of the gospel had the chance to ask eyewitnesses when it came to other parts of the gospel. Imagine the pharisees were still alive when the first gospel was written then they must have been pretty astonished and asked themselves where they know what happened between them and Judas. Because there was nobody else who saw it.
