Goes well with Romans 2:13-16 "Not the HEARERS of the Law are just before God - but the DOERS of the Law WILL BE justified... on the day when according to my GOSPEL God will judge all mankind".

well, same Apsotle said that NO ONE will be justified before God by doing, keeping the law, so either he contridicted himself, or you misunderstand what he meant!
