    Should youth pastors be examined as closely as pastors when considering for this position?

    Should youth pastors be disqualified because of divorce, if there is no remarriage?

    That depends,will he be considered an elder,a spiritual leader in your church? If,yes,then the same qualifications should be held as the standard.

    Absolutely. He will be a shepherd over kids in the years when they are forming opinions about life, marriage, family, and the future.
