Sitting down at Breakfast and/or dinner

Does your household still practice sitting down to eat breakfast and / or dinner??

My husband works a swing shift 3 days on, 2 off, 2 nights on, 3 off, 2 days on, 2 off. Every meal time he is home, we strive to eat together. Since his shifts are 7-7, there are days when we don't eat any meals together as a whole family, and but I try to eat with the kids even when he is gone. We really like those days off when we all eat together!
