Slain in the Spirit Timing Question

From another thread about 'slain in the spirit':

Nadab and Aabihu were slain in the spirit! (Lev.10) [Eek!]

Come to think of it, so were Ananias and Sapphira! (Acts 5) [Eek!] [Eek!] [Eek!]
Ananias and Sapphira were 'slain' around the birth of the church. Nadab and Aabihu were 'slain' at the birth of worship at the tabernacle in the wilderness. is there any significance to the timing? Both seem to have been at the beginning of a new way to worship.

There is no such thing as being "slain in" the Spirit----now---on the other hand---being "slain BY" the Spirit is something that is done and realized only once in a person's life---usually right at the very END of one's life and is usually reserved for a select few like Nadab and his brother, Abihu or the husband/wife team you mentioned!!

I've often wondered why the cameramen are not "slain" onstage with Benny Hinn. After all if the spirit is that strong, surely we would see a few cameramen falling!

Why would they want to edit out a camerman being brought under the power of God???

Maybe Benny Hinn only hires cameramen who do not make a profession of faith...which would limit the possibility of being "slain"...

I'm sorry I can't watch that stuff. It seems to me it makes a mockery of The Holy Spirit as does glossalalia. When I see that stuff the first thought that comes to my mind is FRAUD.

Boy, if I owned a mortuary, I would bring a bus to each service so I could haul off the slain. ;)
