From another thread about 'slain in the spirit':
Ananias and Sapphira were 'slain' around the birth of the church. Nadab and Aabihu were 'slain' at the birth of worship at the tabernacle in the wilderness. is there any significance to the timing? Both seem to have been at the beginning of a new way to worship.Nadab and Aabihu were slain in the spirit! (Lev.10) [Eek!]
Come to think of it, so were Ananias and Sapphira! (Acts 5) [Eek!] [Eek!] [Eek!]
