So Great a Temptation

    Many of you will recognize the name Joel Gregory.

    I recently read his book, and what a revelation. Reality, mega churches are exactly what Gregory describes FBC dallas to be, having been the daughter of a staff member at a mega church it is run much like he describes. One church that i will not identify is cu rrently millions in debt, laying off office staff, and in the same breath, adding space to and staff directly related to one particular minister.

    I believe this book to be a must read for any member of a mega church in this day and age.

    They are just as he calls them, hince the reason, my husband and I left the denomination back in 1990.
