So where's Max Lucado, John Piper and the rest of the liberal pastors on Hillery's corruption?

These guys come out of long political hibernations for insults to Rosie O'Donnell. "Trump must step down! We can't have this!!" But corruption? Treason? And a long war against the unborn by Hillary Clinton and others? Crickets?

I've learned much more about the Church during this election cycle than I have about the candidates.

Remember that most evangelicals don't support the Democratic candidate so it's not like we need to be questioning their stance on them.

I'd like to see Piper step down. Endorses the most extreme elements of the Charismatic movement. Rejects a Biblical view of origins. Very undiscerning when it comes to politics. Through leadership like this, the Church is in decline, and no longer touching the culture.

The irony is, Trump would actually be better for the church (as a governing authority) than Piper (as a Christian leader).

The media has targeted pastors like Piper and Lucado to suppress the Christian vote. They know they can't turn them to Hillary, but they're counting on them to suppress the vote for Trump, helping Hillary indirectly. Many unwise pastors are falling for this hook, line and sinker.

Which is why Pastor Piper's calling for both candidates to step down is a helping hand to democrats. It's the best they can hope for. They don't need his support they just need him to withdraw from the republican candidate. Piper is wilingly taking part in destroying the Supreme Court.

OK wait - So you wanted Piper to say something against Hillary and I showed you were he did and now by him saying that, he's supporting the demorats? Are you sure you know what you are talking about?

Did you read the comment you responded to? I explained it very clearly.

No. He is willingly seeing that our hope is not in our government but in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. There are MANY out there who do not feel that there is anyone on the ballot this year who they can vote for because all of the choices are not just "lesser of two evils" but that ALL are evil. So what you propose is that someone vote for sin despite what their conviction is?

Giving the Supreme Court to the democrats is not trusting God, it's testing God. God wants us to be discerning and make good decisions Giving up the Supreme Court is akin to throwing ourselves off a cliff and asking God to catch us.

We've been given a task of participating in the American electorate. If we hold out for a perfect candidate (which doesn't exist), we'll never vote, and be delegating the job to others. This is not righteousness, it's foolishness.

Unless you know for sure that Mr. Trump will stand by his promises and actually vote in conservative justices, it's still a crap shoot. He hasn't always been known to be trustworthy.

Presidents don't vote on justice, they nominate them for a vote by the senate.

and unless you know for certain that Hillary will not support anti-christian justices like she is promising, you have no business helping her.

You're supporting Trump. You have no platform from which to speak about anything being anti-Christian.

Just laughable.[emoji57]

I might respond if you said anything of substance. You're just rambling at this point.
