Sola vs Nuda

I never heard of "nuda scriptura", but I personally lean in that direction [taking ALL extra-biblical sources with more than a "PINCH" of salt].
I acknowledge they exist, but that does not make them correct or authoritative (even "lesser" authority).

I had to look it up.

I align with some Primitive Baptists who reject the concept of things such as Sunday school, a common tradition among churches today.

At the same time, I believe that sources outside the Bible, such as archaeology, can help shed light on certain things.

So, I don’t know which side of the aisle I land on.

Ditto! Today, I was actually looking up info on Elizabeth Elliott (think Jim in Ecuador) There were Plymouth Brethren -and that is when first saw the article on nuda scriptura.
