Just wanted to share some thoughts on leadership. There is so much more to it than I will be expressing, but I think from time to time it is good to think on these things.
There are two basic paths in life. One is quite broad leading in many directions leaving so many options open. Leading in this broad way can be easier especially when your followers are of like mind.
Christian leaders though are required to lead others on the narrow path. As this drawing illustrates the path itself can be quite difficult on one's own. Asking others to follow, inspiring them to follow, even knowing the way sometimes is all difficult and challenging. None can successfully walk this path with out the Holy Spirit as a guide.
This deer also could be said to be looking back in love to be sure those following are okay or possibly need help. The deer could be said to being wondering who it is that is following.
Walking on this narrow path it might be difficult at times to walk back and help those that are following.
