SPIRITUAL LOVE
1Corinthians 13.1-13
This entire chapter Paul dedicated to love, but not to ordinary or intimate love like between man and woman, or any other kind of love, but to a Spiritual Love only.
In verses 1-3 Paul presented definition of true Spiritual Love and underlined that no matter what a person does for the sake of principals and ideals of GOD or people, but have no love but deeds only, that would not benefit him or her. Such position does not need any explanation because we are all at some points in our life experienced all kinds of moments of love, giving and receiving, but not always we have been satisfied what we received.
Spiritual Love very different from the love that we usually experiencing in our ordinary relationship with other people, because Spiritual Love comes only from the Holy Spirit and lives in the spirit of a Christian and so, such Christian has the Spiritual Love of GOD in himself or herself, and everything what have done by such Christian is done with Spiritual true Love of GOD.
Paul even went to precise details to describe the definition, context, and meaning of Spiritual Love (4-8), but in actuality the Spiritual Love contains much more than Paul has described here, because in human words it is impossible to describe all the spectrum, broadness, and deepness of the Spiritual Love with all its attributes, characteristics, qualities. and powers.
Besides Spiritual Love Paul also introduced another two essential qualities that he considered the most important besides Spiritual Love, they are FAITH and HOPE.
FAITH and HOPE actually are part of Spiritual Love combining together with many other similar Spiritual Qualities, but because of their specific importance, Paul separate them from the rest of the Spiritual Qualities and reveal them as the most important three pillars on which Love and other Spiritual Qualities are based upon.
At the end Paul separated Love as, "but the greatest of these is Love," because Spiritual Love is the combination of all Spiritual Qualities and their goodness in itself and higher than the Spiritual Love nothing actually exist, neither on Earth nor in Heaven, because GOD is the Spiritual Love and there is no other GOD beside Him.
In other words, if you have Spiritual Love, you have GOD, and if you have GOD you are the member of His Spiritual Heavenly Kingdom and His Spiritual heavenly Family of holy men and women in Eternal Life.
Concerning knowledge that we have from GOD and from His Scriptures and prophesies, we have only a partial knowledge, but "when the Perfect (Jesus Christ) comes," our partial knowledge will be replaced by full and comprehended knowledge of everything we should know and understand, no secrets will be hidden from us as it was on Earth (9-12).
