Luke.21 [36] Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Rom.14 [4] Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.

Eph.6 [13] Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. [14] Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

Rev.6[17] For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

Do these scriptures mean what they say? Are we to stand before Christ? My 1st reaction to being before Christ would be to get on my knees. What you think?

Luke.21 [36] Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Those who will stand are identified in Revelation 7:1-14

Rom.14 [4] Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.

Who is able? You or God?

Eph.6 [13] Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. [14] Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

This text has nothing to do with the previous two texts. The previous are eschatalogical and refer to the day of judgement. This text refers to the reoccuring day of temptation that frequents our present life.

Rev.6[17] For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

Revelation 7 answers this question and identifies who will stand in that day.
