I currently teach computer science at a public high school. My students are usually minority students and are heavily recruited by Christian universities, like Houston Baptist University. My own alma mater, Carolina University (formerly Piedmont International) has created several new majors that are STEM based, including computer science and engineering majors. In the experience of those on this board, how employable are STEM graduates from Baptist universities? I want what's best for my students. Good scholarships don't mean much if their degrees don't hold water in industry.
