Suggestions for News Sites

Has anyone found a news site that comes close to being unbiased?

I have tried, then gave up, and have more or less picked a side and gone with the ones on that side that did not seem to be too outlandish.

I read the corrupt old media so that I can see what they are lying about when I read more conservative news sites that spend most of their time debunking the leftists lies..

Thank you for your responses.

Flip Side sites MSM sources for both sides of issues.

AllSides at least admits bias.(+)
Has "Media Bias Chart", a helpful tool
but "center or mixed" are mostly MSM

Disrn looks trustworthy but definitely has a somewhat Christian perspective (Yay!)
Has been sited for occasionally getting their facts wrong.

If you don't know what MSM (main stream media) is,
it's basically six huge mega conglomerates that control information.

IMHO - As soon as a source presents a story you do not agree - then it becomes biased!

That's not true. If it's an opinion column, I can claim bias, because it always is.

If it's straight news with just the facts, not just the cherry picked ones, there is no reason to claim bias. But , honestly, in today's media world, there is very little of that going on.

Practically all news reports, even weather, present opinion, whether expert or otherwise. It's the nature of the beast. They may be right, or maybe not. But where humans are involved, you should expect bias.

Our own bias will also figure into it, prominently. Whom we trust, or distrust, and why plays a major role. Personally, I don't like the way Cuomo and Lemon part their hair. :Wink
