We paid good money to see my niece through Liberty University. It has been sickening for me to see $15 million handed over to Jerry Falwell Jr so he can live like a king.

Now disgraced pastor Robert Morris asking his church for a similar retirement... "Morris, 63, resigned from the church last June after he was accused of sexually abusing a child during the 1980s for more than four years. The disgraced pastor has since been indicted in Oklahoma — where the alleged abuse occurred — on five counts of lewd or indecent acts to a child."

At least his church refused... "Southlake megachurch Gateway Church refused a request from Robert Morris asking for millions of dollars as part of his retirement after the now-disgraced pastor left in the wake of sexual abuse allegations, according to court filings Tuesday." - - Robert Morris asked Gateway Church for millions as part of his retirement. The church said no

These are not marks of Men of God!

No kidding, Re Robert Morris…forget the retirement fund….how about significant jail time for the slime ball !?! But wait, Jesus counseled tieing a millstone around his neck and letting him go for a swim.

Matthew 18:6

It would be better for him to have a heavy millstone [as large as one turned by a donkey] hung around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea.

Knowing why God said...

For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the Lord: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word. - Isaiah 66:2

The love of power, money, and a wealthy retirement has made people terribly self centered!
