Please remind me. I know the Supreme Court Injustices cannot be up for election. Can they be impeached for incompetence and stupidity?

Sandra Day O'connor was billed as "very conservative" when appointed. She has proved to be a real disappointment today again.

She will retire this year (perhaps) along with Rhenquist and Bush will make his mark in history as being able to appoint two true conservatives to the bench.

Methinks that appointment power is the greatest power of all that the President has. And thank God for "W" - just imagine who Slick would try to appoint!!

    Lol...

...I pray that Bush will appoint a moderate instead of a conservative.

Man...I don't think you can get anymore conservative than Reinquist or Clarence Thomas.

Gotta mix it up a bit. [IMG]

We need more conservatives to overturn the stupidity of the moderates and liberals.

    Scratch that, reverse it.

Honestly, Joseph, do you really think calling us stupid is at all productive? Or is unkindness just an inextricable part of your style?

I'm praying for God's will but hoping for ultra conservatives!

I don't think Joseph meant to be rude but when we conservatives get to thinking about abortion, etc... we can speak out in haste. :(

Have a blessed Thursday, all! [IMG]

I have no problem insulting anyone who is for the outright murder of babies. If that offends you, too bad. I can stand here right now and say that all pro-abortionists are stupid...very stupid. They are no better than any other murderer and I believe they should be put on trial. I also believe that "doctors" that perform these murders should be publicly hanged. Maybe that would act as a deterrant.

I only hope that we will get two more Justices like Thomas and Scalia to protect this country from abominations and keep us in line with God's word.

Hey, I'm in favor of aborting ectopic pregnancies, even though the mother's life is not yet in danger, but will be if the fetus is allowed to develop. I'm in favor of abortion in any and all cases where the mother's life and health are at risk. I'm also in favor of abortion of fetuses that will not survive childbirth.

If that makes me stupid, then at least my stupidity is well thought out, and not based on emotion.

You might want to look more closely at rules 2 and 3 on the posting rules.

</font>[/QUOTE]i only wish they had rules that would ban those who trumpet the favor for snuffing out the unborn life of a baby. that is the ultimate insult

Lots of emotions always fly on this hot topic. Stating one's position and defending it should be the standard. The other day I saw a car in front of me with a "Pro Abortion" sticker on the left rear bumper and a "Save The Whales" on the right side. For the life of me I cannot fathom how someone could think like that. They have more love/concern for a whale than one of God's crowning glories of His creation, a human being, whom God "knit together in a mother's womb" (Psalm 139:13), whom God saw while yet unformed (Psalm 139:16). Yet they think it OK for man to play god and put to an end the "knitting" and "forming!" [IMG]

A notsoSupreme Court has removed prayer and the Bible out of our schools in 1963. The made baby killing legal in 1973. They put a national stamp of approval on perversion in 2003. Can't you see where all this is headed. GOD'S JUDGEMENT God is angry with this country and time is drawing nigh for repentance. If you can repent, then do so now.

Well, the Preamble has already been tossed out:

    Preamble
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, (except for the unborn,) insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, (except when it means defending our borders) promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings (Blessings? Who do those come from? Not God, of course.) of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, (except when we choose to snuff out their lives before we give birth to them) do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. (and all the illegal aliens who come here, not to mention our allegiance to the United Nations.)

And we could probably take a closer look at the rest of the US Constitution, as well, and see where it has been gradually eroded and done away with through the years. [IMG]

It's because, John Wells, liberals usually have a chip or two missing. (aka known in Romans Chapter One as "unnatural affection" and a "reprobate mind.") :(
