What period of your life would you choose to hibernate at, and how long would you do it for were it an option?

Could it be that man's longevity in the past was due by his ability to hibernate rather than sleep?

Do you find it annoying that they're finding ways of making those pesky rodents live longer?

I'm no Rip-Van-Deacon.
Can't think of anytime in the past that I would have liked to miss.
I sure like to know what's going on.
Let me hibernate...but give me hourly updates on what's going on.

Anyway, more than 6 hours in bed and I get all achy and stiff.
