    Googling, I was able to find out that it is concerneng a 19 year old hwo got arrested hacking into 911 and sending swat teams out to different addresses on serious calls.

    One man in orange county thought he heard a burglar, grabbed a kitchen knife and went out his back door to be surrounded by swat.

    the 19 year old is facing 18 years in prison. One charge is assault with a deadly weapon by proxy. They are charging him because of the knife being pulled on them by another.

    the 19 year old was extradited to california to face those charges.

    That's what I found when I googled...

    But what I found strange was the fact that the SWAT team made so much noise that the man thought they were a burgular...
