They appear to be small ferns.

It could be the towel that has entered a vortex in order to drape down on the counter top that is higher than it and across the walkway and not even directly across from it.
It could be that the refrigerator shows evidence of lack of use because the jungle on top should have already been shut in the door and consequently moved. Maybe it was just recently added.
Or it could be the Alice type looking glass where the person standing in the way of the mirror doesn’t show up in the mirror.
AND if this kitchen doesn’t have two sinks, there is some really weird geometry going on here.
Also the geometry of the pepper is off. The stem is on the side of the pepper while the placenta is perpendicular to the pedicel and unable to be connected. Though plants may grow in some interesting ways, this, especially in a “drawing,” is not plausible.
