Saw this on Twitter.... Putin collecting bounty on US servicemen. Noooo, can’t be true, right!

Joe Scarborough (@JoeNBC) Tweeted:
As powerful as an ad gets.
“When Trump tells you he stands by the troops, he’s right. Just not our troops.”

Curious to think, what if some Russians did do that? How is this Trump's fault?
Would you prefer we go to war with Russia and Afghanistan ?
Maybe we should nuke the Russians?

Some actual facts the elements probably doesn't like.

Text of KGB Letter on Senator Ted Kennedy

Actual facts. Not a "leaked" classified memo from a notoriously incompetent intelligence apparatus saying that the GRU might have maybe possibly we're not sure have paid someone in Afghanistan to kill U.S. Soldiers but no bounty was actually paid that we know of and no soldiers were killed because of this.

Right that is just so damning - especially when the elements quotes a Russian conspiracy nut.

You don’t think much of war do you... I on the other hand see it as a possible pathway out of the hole we dug ourselves in.

Btw, the information provided identified that Trump was aware of the bounty. If so then I find that high treason. Again (IF SO) and I only operate on being certain not being uncertain with innuendo (fake news). So can you verify the story?

Can you verify or deny this story?

Well a war with Russia could be pretty destructive.
A war in past ages has always siphoned off the exuberances of the youth into becoming canon fodder, and today especially with covid, too many people have nothing to do, they are 'idle busybodies' getting into everyone's business and causing havoc.
so yeah a war could be a good thing to redirect the destructive aggression of certain people who are running around without restraint, full of very strong passions.

LOL. You've got to be kidding. One of the most obviously hypocritical types of statements one could make. Your political posts, including the OP and this one with your "if so" denial of it, frequently if not always operate via the modus operandi of "if so" innuendo, or worse. TDS is strong with this one.

This is being denied by the intelligence community in the US. As it is a story coming from the NYT paper, who having high degrees of TDS in an election year, to me that makes it not credible. There would have to be supporting info from official sources, and so far NADA.

No, it is not true. Trump's tough actions against Russia are on record. He has even had to be tough on allies, because they were not helping nearly enough against Russia, e.g., NATO. And Russia is not even close to being our primary problem—Russia pales in comparison to China. Trump has also been tough on China. Trump has also been tough on border security. Trump has also been tough on law & order.

The truth is that Dems & RINOs have been soft on all of these, and especially so in their ultra-hatred of Trump, which is mainly due to his exposing their duplicity in government. And that fact helps explain why they would be advocating tearing down Lincoln while using his name on a "project" to topple Trump's populist government. But then, Lincoln was also assassinated, right? John Wilkes Booth would be proud.
