Temple Baptist Seminary?

    Has anyone ever heard of Temple Baptist Seminary? What are your opinions of it? I am thinking of doing my graduate study there.

    Are you referring to Temple down in Chattanooga, the IFB-type school?

    Is it IFB? I just finished reading a book by a New Testament professor there who is a committed vegetarian, and whose view of Scripture is not what I would call an IFB view.

    Historically, TN Temple has been a mainstay for IFB type churches. I know many alumni, and they're all ultra IFB. I've heard they've tried to distance themselves a bit in later years. But if you don't care for Southern or Southeastern, I'd bet the farm you wouldn't care for Temple at all.
