It was always interesting to me that CNN put up with his conservatism for so long. He was kind of a fish out of water over there, being so outspoken. They have a few token conservatives but not many it seems.

All I can say that Novak writes well but is almost unintelligible when speaking. Still don't know if he testified before the GJ in the Plame affair.

Given his role in tipping off our enemies about a CIA agent, I'd say he'll be much more comfortable with the folks at Fox.

How about the traitor who released the NSA story?

Actually, Novak is a pretty throughtful guy when he's not "performing." I've seen him on C-SPAN and he was an entirely different guy than you see on other TV shows.

I'm sure we won't see the thoughtful side of him of Faux News.

You are going to have to move out of that thin air, lack of oxygen is hazardous?

Outing a CIA agent may be against the law but it is not treason. Furthermore, it is only against the law if that agent is covert which Valerie Plame was not.

Giving aid and comfort to the enemy in time of war, such as leaking the NSA activities, is treason.

First, Novak's outing of a CIA agent was unpatriotic and cowardly, but it was not treason. It might not even be illegal.

And it is never an offense to report a violation of law. However, the leaking of classified information is against the law.

I would be comfortable with both of them serving some time, especially if Scooter and the Brain were also locked up.
