The adjective (sola)

The phrases are meaningless propaganda unless we know how they are used.

Sola gratia ("by grace alone")
It was by God's reace alone that the Jews were given the rules in the Mosiac Covenant.

Sola fide ("by faith alone")
Does "faith" refer to dogma? If so, then The Catholics would agree.

Does it refer to the fact that "faith" is from the same root as "belief?" A belief is a conclusion. One is saved by concluding?

Sola scriptura ("by Scripture alone")
For medical advise? I shall take a little wine . . . .

Solus Christus ("Christ alone"; sometimes Solo Christo, "by Christ alone")
Sure. Christ is God. By God alone.

Soli Deo gloria ("Glory to God alone")
We are killing Iraqui children for the Glory of God.

Grace, faith, scripture, Christ, and God all come together to form the perfect whole. Nothing is missing. Try removing one of them to get the point.
