comparing him to Christ is blasphemous.
Seems to me that during my life about 735 people have been identified as the anti-christ. I am no longer surprised at anyone being so named.
Whatever else it might be, it is certainly blasphemy. That doesn't fall on Obama (thought perhaps he does not do enough to correct this nonsense). But believers certainly should not defend this. Regardless of what you think of Obama, comparing him to Christ is blasphemous. It makes light and mockery out of the death of Christ.

Obama is pretty high on himself and provides an entirely new meaning for the word "arrogant". I am sure the comparisons made between him and Christ are flattering to him. If he did not think so, then I think he would probably recommend that the painting not be put on public display. President's have a little bit of power.
Why can't he? Did he give up his freedom of speech when he became POTUS? It is not that he can't, it is more about what he will want to do. If such things start to put a drag on his poll numbers, just watch how fast he fires up the teleprompter.I would like to here him speak out against this painting but I know he can't.
