The FBI’s top agent on the Trump-Russia investigation sent a text message last year that one top Republican senator says suggests he saw no evidence of Trump campaign collusion.

The text message, which was sent by Peter Strzok, is “jaw-dropping,” Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson, the chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, said in a radio interview on Tuesday.

In an interview with WISN-Milwaukee radio host Jay Weber, Johnson read aloud a May 19, 2017 text that Strzok sent to Lisa Page, an FBI lawyer and his mistress.

Strzok wrote: “You and I both know the odds are nothing. If I thought it was likely, I’d be there no question. I hesitate in part because of my gut sense and concern that there’s no big there there.

So the FBI is corrupt and can’t be trusted

Not the rank & file. If 'mainstream news' is all you're listening to you're definitely not getting the whole story:

GOP fuels ‘secret society’ talk with FBI text messages

DOJ tells Nunes it'd be 'reckless' to release memo without review

If MMs were being forthcoming about recent bombshells concerning corruption at the highest levels of FBI and undoubtedly other agencies Republicans wouldn't need to try push their hand to the public like this.

So the FBI is corrupt and can’t be trusted...unless they say what we want to hear.
The leadership in the FBI is corrupt and has been since early in The Clinton Administration. The massacre at Waco is proof of that. As rank and file agents of the FBI and ATF retire, they are telling the truth about what happened. It was nothing short of mass murder.

Lol, this is even from MSN! Methinks the liberal media is beginning to see that they better get on to this!

Justice Dept recovers FBI officials' missing text messages

"The U.S. Justice Department's internal watchdog said Thursday his office was able to use forensic tools to recover five months' worth of missing text messages exchanged between two Federal Bureau of Investigation officials whom Republican have accused of bias against President Donald Trump.

In a letter to several key Republican lawmakers, Inspector General Michael Horowitz also said he would not object if the Justice Department decides to share the recovered messages between FBI agent Peter Strzok and FBI lawyer Lisa Page with Congressional committees."
