Here's another joke written down by my late mother-in-law:

A little boy was asked by his teacher to draw a picture of the Flight into Egypt. He drew a plane and four people.

The teacher pointed to one of the figures and asked, "who is this?"
"Joseph," said the boy.

"And who is this?"
"That's Mary."

"And this one."
"That's the baby Jesus."

"And who's this."
"Why, that's Pontius the pilot."
