Alrighty, they are rating constitutional adherents then - any democrat, RINO, neocon, socialist, or combination thereof is going to get a lower score. This is a voting guide to me.

The lowest: Tim Kaine of VA, dude was almost VP. I'm sure some of the new batch elected last November will have equally dismal scores, would be shocked if AOC ever cracks the double digits.
