Do any of you ever visit the religion section at your local library? If so, do you find they have a wide selection of Christian material?

I usually go to the library to study academicsbecause of the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, but latley I have been devouring the religion&philosophy section. Great theological text-books, church history books, Bible dictionaries, numerous translations, study Bibles, I was VERY pleased.

Well, the whole point of this post is to encourage you to visit your local library. Even if you have quite a collection of your own Bible study tools, there are some really great literary works there as well.

    God's Blessings,
    Andy

The public library is rarely adequate for religious books, but often has the latest on fiction and some best sellers.

I would guess the selection of books in your local library reflect the beliefs of the librarian who selects the books.

My local library’s religious section has a "wide selection" of useless, dated books which more than often present a deceptive or distorted view of Christianity.
