I have only been in a Baptist Church for a short while, but it has become apparent to me that my particular church does not participate in the Lord's supper, except twice a year.

My charismatic church that I had been a part of for years did it monthly.

When I attended a non-denominational church, we practiced it weekly

and of course in my Catholic days, we did it weekly as well.

Is there anything in the bible that speaks about how often this should be done?

Im a little grieved at the fact that they dont do it every week, even if I would not be able to participate yet because I am not a member... just a "regular visitor" so far.

wow I grew up at 10 mile and Ryan roads. On Orr street to be exact. Beterrn Ryan and Eureka

Each Baptist Church decides on their own how often to do the Lord's Supper. My church 3 months ago combined with another Baptist church and we did quarterly because we wanted to keep it "special." The other did it monthly. It is really how the church feels led to observe it.
