But I didn't properly qualify the second person singular usage by the word of God was the issue.Most Christians are oblivious to the lack of identification of the usage of the singular pronouns in the word of God in the modern translations.
Our modern English uses what was the plural "you" and "your," replacing, "thee," "thy," "thou," and "thine."
For example the seven letters to the seven churches in Revelation first addresses each church's messager, not each whole congregation.
Revelation 2:2, I know thy works, . . .
