    not impressed with Windows Vista either. My son sent me a near new sound card so put it in yesterday. Since have had lock ups, blue screens and refusal to boot up.

    Stopped Vista from loading drivers for the sound card and went to the card site. Their comment was, we suggest XP since it is a stable system. We do not recommend you switch to Vista unless you have a compelling reason to do so. :laugh:

    Now that tells you something when a big company meanmouths Microsoft :thumbs:
