There are eight days to the two over lapping seven days.
Exodus 12:18, n the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at even, ye shall eat unleavened bread, until the one and twentieth day of the month at even.
Seven days of unleavened bread:
14th through the 20th.
Seven days of the feast of unleavened bread:
15th through the 21st.
So the seven day feast only has six days of unleavened bread:
Deuteronomy 16:8, Six days thou shalt eat unleavened bread: and on the seventh day shall be a solemn assembly to the LORD thy God: thou shalt do no work therein.
