The Scripture is Written TO and FOR Those in Covenant ONLY

God moves and operates within the confines of Covenant.
Before God created anything He enjoined the Son and the Holy Spirit into Covenant to create man and to extend Covenant to Abraham (beginning of the Hebrew race), and through to Moses (beginning of the Hebrew nation) of which it was necessary to communicate His Word (instruction and command) to them and their eventual descendants.

The first five 'books' of the Pentateuch were written by Moses (Covenant) TO and FOR the children of Israel (Covenant). This is called The Law.

GENESIS was written and gives a historical to the children of Israel of the beginnings of creation, of 'heaven,' earth, and man - Covenant man.
EXODUS was written and describes among other things the deliverance of the children of Israel from captivity and slavery by God (Ex. 1:1)
LEVITICUS was written TO the children of Israel and continues the Law God gave to Moses TO and FOR the children of Israel in Covenant. Keyword of this writing is Holiness (Lev. 1:1-2).
NUMBERS was written TO and FOR the children of Israel (Num. 1:1-2
DEUTERONOMY was written TO and FOR the children of Israel (Deut. 1:3).

The PSALMS was written by those in Covenant with God TO and FOR the children of Israel.

The PROPHETS was written by the Covenant prophets God sent to His people Israel.

The writings that were to become the New Testament were written by a believer in Covenant TO and FOR other believers in Covenant, that is, the children of Israel of twelve tribes.

The GOSPELS were written by four Covenant believers and documents Israel's Promised Kinsman-Redeemer and Messiah brief life, describing His words and deeds and Covenant Promises TO and FOR the children of Israel. The 12 tribes were represented in Israel when Jesus Christ appeared to them.

ACTS, written by a Covenant believer (Luke) is a historical of what Jesus called His "Church" and documents the 30-year beginnings of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The EPISTLES, written by several Covenant believers and addressed to other Covenant believers of the Church.

REVELATIONS, written by the apostle John and describes the imagery, symbolism, and prophecies of God concerning His people Israel and the Church that will take place in the future. Again, it is written by a Covenant believer TO and FOR Covenant Israel and Covenant Church - which are not two entities but one.

Thus, as described in Scripture, the Word of God is written by the Holy Spirit and given TO and FOR Covenant believers ONLY.

Yahweh has NO COVENANT with the world. Thus, His Word is not given nor directed to the world. God's Holy Word is given TO and FOR God's Holy people.

There is neither Calvinist nor Arminian. There is ONLY Covenant and non-Covenant. It has been this was since the beginning.

And if I may be so bold....not even God's casts His Pearl, Jesus Christ, to 'swine' (non-Covenant.)
