The Thigh Gap Flap

The retailers in this country don't seem to care they have affected an entire generation and are working on another as to influencing the young women to strive for unrealistic "body image" ideals that are dangerous to them health-wise, both mentally and physically.

 

It is wrong but it is what is seen in almost any ad company these days. Just look at the sandwiches you see advertised, like BK, Subway and Arby's. Have you ever bought a sandwich at any of these places that are as big and loaded as what they advertise? I also love those exercise machine ads where they show these skinny and muscular bodies that probably never had to ride a exercise bike in their lives. I could go on and on.
