No joke.
Romans 10:17-18, ". . . So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world. . . ."
Psalms 19:4, ". . .Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. . . ."
Only 98% of the manuscripts of Romans has "of God." This over against the 100% readings of the common text which identifies a text as Romans. 2% of manuscripts of Romans has "of Christ." Both cannot be correct. If the lesser reading "of Christ" is taken over the more common reading "of God" then the mere fact that the New Testament documents have more copies by which to use to verify the original readings . . . .
