The World Selectively Criticizes Israel

Anti-semitism is alive and well.

The pope needs to go back to his apartment and think about his Prada shoes.

 

Tammy Bruce is a homosexual but I really like her radio show. She is very libertarian.

 

My only comment is that Israel errored a few years ago when she gave up some land to these blighters. I hope she comes back with all she has and this time settles the battle for her own rights and decency around the world

An aside: Why even mention that this woman is homosexual? I don't see the significance there..sorry!

A local radio station here used to carry the third hour of her show on weekdays about 2-3 years ago and I really enjoyed listening to her. I wish I could still listen to her show but that station no longer carries talk shows - it went back to full time Southern Gospel. I like her a lot more than I do Rush Limbaugh or Sean Hannity who are still carried by the remaining local talk radio station.

 

Ken, I don't know any of them, so there is no significance at all for me,,and prolly many other foreigners, non-Americans, who share this universal board.

Now, a question. If necessary, do you believe Canada would commit troops or other support to help Israel? Just curious.

 

Homosexual, or not, Tammy Bruce has hit the nail on the head with that blog. It is sad that more Christians don't see these recent events in the same way Bruce does. Israel has a right to defend herself against terrorists, and that is what she is doing. No nation, or "so called" united nations, has the right to tell her to do otherwise.

Lady Eagle, I can't answer that question. The current prime minister is a sound evangelical Christian and has an attachment to Israel as a nation. For his part, I would like to think he would attempt to move the country in that direction. Just remember, that Canada has limited military resources and we are somewhat commited at present.

As to the other remarks, I appreciate Americans speaking for America, but ask that you remember that other citizens also enjoy the board which is open to all peoples of the world. We are not always familiar with local personalities and issues...that is all.

A sound evangelical Christian should know better than to have an attachment for Israel.

 

Ken, The Prime minister grew up in the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church, which is mostly dispensational, which places great importance on the nation of Israel in the plan of God for future events. I do not share those eschatalogical views, but I also share an affinity for the nation of Israel. They have shown great restraints and done much to appease these devils.
