The Wuhan/Coronavirus is not technically a sign of the times

I don't agree with your eschatology, but you are right about Coronavirus.
Here's an excellent and comforting article by David Robertson. Three Bible passages to replace fear of coronavirus with hope in God

My eschatology is the reason I'm right about it :)
Yes, I know that's not a perfect argument, but it's true non-the-less.
Speaking of Psalm 91, it's the chapter that got us through the Lebanese civil war.
We repeated it so often as a family I ended up memorizing it without trying. God is good :)

I understood you in the video to say these current events are a sign of the times prior to the rapture. Am I wrong?
Yes but not in the sense of Matthew 24/Mark13/Luke 21.
Church age "signs" are but the Braxton-Hicks of labour contractions.
The signs the Lord was talking about in the aforementioned chapters all occur after the rapture of the church, not before.
