Derelict person exercises his personal rights and freedom to tow a derelict boat hull next to a major west coast oyster producer. The hulk sinks and diesel fuel contaminates the oyster beds. The taxpayers will most likely get stuck with the clean up bill and the oyster workers will lose their jobs.

This is how American Capitalism and American freedom "works." It is clear evidence how American small business capitalist enterprise trumps environmental regulations. The Republicans of Washington State should be pleased.

Did you even bother to read the artilce to the end?

"But Rory Westmoreland, who ran afoul of state regulations when he left the boat anchored in Penn Cove..."

There is no "exercise of personal rights and freedom" to break a law.

Your MENSA chapter must be hanging their heads in shame. :tear:

This pathetic piece of tripe is typical of the vomit the leftist, epitomized by their "dear leader" Obama, spews routinely. They have done this for years and at times they successfully dupe a gullible public.

A free people and free enterprise has enabled this country to emerge victorious in WWII and bring down the Communist Empire of the Soviet Union. If we had listened to the likes of George McGovern and Eugene McCarthy back in the 70"s and 80's the "hammer and sickle" would be flying over the country now. There are a lot of people in the leadership of the democrat party who long for this to happen. Sadly there are enough gullible people like billwald who support their effort.

So there is no punishment for violating environmental regulations?

Why do you always try to change the subject when it is demonstrated that your OP thesis is idiotic?

Yeah billwald! Why do you always try to change the subject when it is demonstrated that your OP thesis is idiotic?:laugh::wavey:

My thesis is that people on BB don't support environmental and zoning regulations.

Too bad you didn't lay that out in your OP then.

What part of your article shows that people on the BB don't support environmental and zoning regulations?

My thesis is that people on BB don't support environmental and zoning regulations.

Does this "thesis" endow you with a PHD in "UNIONOLOGY"???
This quote explains a lot of the "logic"(?) of your posts!!

FWIW, I used to be an avid environmentalist, but the last few decades of raving idiocy of these yo-yos have almost made me anti-environmental.
