    I have not seen the movie, but have heard bits-n-pieces of the Chad Allen controversy. It was on our local news today.

    I think it was a good movie, but not evangelistic by any stretch of the imagination. I have read the book and know the story so I knew what was going on, but I believe the regular movie goer will miss Christ in it.

    Read the book Through the Gates of Splendor by Elisabeth Elliot.

    Haven't seen it yet, but my pastor gave it a thumbs up. My sister in law's pastor gave it a thumbs up. My cousin gave it a thumbs up, and his pastor gave it a thumbs up.
