I am running a Tithing poll. You do NOT have to post and tell who you are or how you voted if you do not want to.

ERROR in NUMBER 3 It SHOULD read:

I am a pastor as in number one, but I DO NOT believe Tithing is Biblical in the NT Church.

There is also a selection that allows you to abstain from voting so that you may view the results.

Thank you in advance for voting!

There is not NT commandment to tithe. We are told to give cheerfully and willingly as we purpose in our own hearts. I give because I want to and not because the pastor gets up and tells me I'm robbing God if I don't give a set percent while quoting the OT.

I voted for option #4, but still use this figure as a basis as a "MINIMUM".

Poll is flawed, brother. You left out a huge NOT in #3 - it is the same as #1 and from reading the poll, get the idea you meant 1-2 pro tithing, 3-4 against.

I got confused trying to write the stupid poll myself. Can you Edit the poll? I don't think I can.

Nope. Once a poll is set, it cannot be editted (unlike a regular post which an Administrator may edit at any time)

Polls are tricky to set up. I used to post many times a week on the poll forum here and now I seldom visit.

If anybody wants to change their vote, PM me and I will keep your identity secret, but will post the changes in messages, rather than redo the entire poll.
