Ok, I just got a new Bible in March..but it wasn't the exact one that I wanted, and they have the one that I want in the bookstore right now at my church....... Should I buy it....... or should I just stay with the one that I have right now?!?!?

I don't think it could possibly hurt to have two! But it may depend on your money situation. If it were me, I'd buy the one I originally wanted, and use both Bibles.

You should "fall in love" with your Bible and its notes and features. If you are not, then look for another Bible to be "yours".

I opted for an "old" Scofield Reference Bible in 1958 and to this day I still have one. Know exactly where verses are (on the page, when flipping through to find a verse) and have almost memorized the notes.

No other Bible will ever take that one's place, but I also have an NIV study Bible, a NKJV MacArthur Study Bible, Complete Jewish Bible, etc, that all have their place.

I've always said, "One can never have too many Bibles!" [IMG] [IMG]

Buy it before you get the one you don't want marked and highlighted, because then it will be too heartbreaking to switch.

Buy it and give the first one to a new christian to start out on.
