I frame my discussion of these topics around several claims Michael Oard made in his response1 to my letter2 in J. Creation 25(2), where I outlined my reasons for concluding that rapid cooling of the ocean lithosphere was responsible for the rapid sea level drop in the later portion of the Flood.
