1 Corinthians 10:31 Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.

Does this command only apply to believers or does it apply to all people everywhere?

In other words, are all human beings obligated to glorify God in everything they do or is that a divine mandate only for believers?

Corinthians were being addressed as believers. From a view point that everyone should become and be believers, then everyone.

Yes, the Corinthians were being addressed as believers, but do you believe that unbelievers are not obligated to glorify God as long as they are unbelievers?

Who is this addressed to, my friend?

" Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
2 and were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea;
3 and did all eat the same spiritual meat;
4 and did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.
5 But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.
6 Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.
"

" Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
32 Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God:"

Of course, but they will not.
As long as they remain unbelievers, I don't see them wanting to, and according to Romans 1:18-32, Romans 3:10-18 and Ephesians 4:17-19, they won't.

WHY would the God-hating person in this world, want to GLORIFY the God of the Holy Bible???

Again, my question is not why should they want to glorify the one and only true God.

Are they obligated to do so even as unbelievers? Does God command them to do so? Will He hold them accountable for not having glorified Him in everything they do? etc.

It's clear that I did not word my question in the opening post properly. Of course, in context 1 Cor. 10:31 is addressed to believers.

What I should have said in my opening post was the following: Does the truth of 1 Cor. 10:31 apply only to believers or does it apply to all human beings without exception.

Again, I am not asking whether they will want to or will actually do so . . .

Are all human beings obligated to glorify God in everything they do? Has He commanded all human beings to eat and drink and do all to His glory? Will He hold all human beings responsible for anything and everything that they do not do to His glory?

more to the point, WHY should any non-believer want to, thank, or glorify God, if He has made sure that the majority of those He has created, were not in the Death of Jesus Christ, and can never be saved, as some falsely teach???
They wouldn't.
There's only one reason that a person that has never been born again would want to glorify God, and that's in order to meet a religious obligation as part of their efforts to either be saved, or remain saved.

But the Lord sees the heart, my friend ( 1 Samuel 16:7,1 Kings 8:39, Luke 16:15, Acts of the Apostles 1:24 ), while we as men can only look upon the outward appearance.
The religious may fool many of their fellow men around them, but they are not fooling the Lord... and even though they draw near to Him with their lips, He sees that their hearts are far from Him.
He notes how they love this world and its ways, while paying "lip service" to Him on Sunday mornings and on other occasions.

Those that are truly born again by His Spirit?
They are the ones who praise Him from their very hearts and minds, and who know and love Him deeply, and look for His Son's coming again.

They are the ones to whom the epistles are addressed.
